Outline the key considerations for using assessments in multinational work environments. How easily might an assessment process designed for an organization in the United States be used in a multinational setting? What adjustments might need to be made to ensure the assessment process is fair, legal and effective in a multinational setting? In your response, consider the impact of cultural, economic and legal factors that may come into play when using an assessment process in a multinational work environment.
